1. Service Agreement

By booking or using Techview's services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Techview provides engine diagnostics, axle repairs, ceramic coatings, clutch service, and brake work in Malaysia.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Customers must provide accurate vehicle and contact information. Cancellations made 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% service fee.

3. Service Warranty

All repairs are warranted for 30 days from completion. Warranty covers defects in workmanship only. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs by third parties.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion. Techview accepts cash and electronic transfers. A 10% deposit is required to secure bookings.

5. Liability

Techview is not responsible for damage to personal items left in vehicles. Customers are advised to remove valuables. Liability for service failures is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act. We collect only necessary information for service delivery and will not share your data with third parties without consent.

7. Amendments

Techview reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
